Artwork Requirements
The best printed design starts with a good quality image, not pixelated or blurred, not a screenshot from another image. Submitted artwork should be in .png, .psd, .svg or .pdf with a minimum of 300 dpi. Contact us with any questions about your image or design files, we are here to help.

Screen Colors vs Actual Colors
Screen colors show differently based on the resolution set by each device. There will often be a difference in color from a draft to the actual printed item. Reference a Pantone Color Chart or CMYK Hex Values for better color matching.
Choosing the Right Size
Due to different measurements between brands, customers should always refer to the sizing chart. When in doubt, ask. We are here to help.

Discounts

Bulk Ordering
Please send a quote for ordering 25 or more of a single identical product (apparel or accessories). Depending on the item, we may be able to provide an additional savings on your order. We love creating for groups, clubs and families and the 'just because crew'.

Exchanges
An exchange is granted for defective or damaged items upon delivery. Take pictures of the defect or damage and submit an exchange request with a detailed explanation within 48 hours of delivery (your photo timestamp will be considered). Upon receiving your request, our team will review your exchange request and respond via email. Custom products are not exchangeable unless defective or damaged. If defective or damaged, exchange will be for the exact item, size, color, and printed design (no change from original item).
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on custom items. If you receive a defective or damaged item upon delivery, please take pictures of the defect or damage and forward a detailed explanation of your situation within 48 hours of delivery (your photo timestamp will be considered). Our team will review your details and consider the best course of action for your situation. We want happy customers.
If granted, refunds may be in the form of store credit with no expiration date.
Returns
Items may be returned with prior approval, in original unused, unopened condition. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned. Please carefully proofread all custom and personalized items.

Accepted Payments
We accept all major credits cards, debit, QuickPay/Zelle®, Paypal, corporate checks and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
Delayed Payment Options: Layaway, Partial Pay or Similar
We do not have delayed payment options like layaway, partial pay or anything similar. All orders require full payment before design or print work begins.

Why You Should Request a Quote
A quote request is highly recommended if you have special conditions for your order; have a specific deadline or budget; or have any unique criteria for your design. You should also use the quote request form if you are looking for a product or service that is not already listed on the site.

Where We Ship
We ship to U.S. addresses. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. Shipped orders are generally sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Shipping Speed
Shipping speed depends on the chosen shipping method. Most packages are shipped with USPS Priority (1 to 3 days) or UPS Ground (3 to 5 days). You will receive a tracking number that will confirm delivery details.

How long will your project take to produce?
Production is usually 3 to 5 business days. Special orders and large orders may take longer. You will receive turnaround time information with your custom order before completing the sale. Turnaround time is part of your quote.
